What Are Reiki Tonics?

Tonic Definition: Medicinal substance taken to restore well-being. 

My “reiki tonics” are custom crafted energy healing experiences infused with plant medicines. As a spiritualist with a “land + root” specialty, the botanicals I use during the reiki session are specific to my lineage and my years of practice. These plant medicines go through a sacred preparation process to assist with the subject of your healing. 

My reiki tonics are designed to heal very specific issues. The tonics available this season can be organised under three main botanical bases: Rose, Lemon, Basil & Orange. You can see the full descriptions of healing experiences by scrolling down.

The Process

As this is a distance energy healing practice you won’t have any direct contact with me when the reiki is sent to you. Your reiki healing will be sent within 48 hours of the date of your appointment. You should allow between 3-7 days afterwards for the energy to fully integrate into your body. This type of healing work has a physical impact. During this time you will need to drink plenty of water, and may find yourself needing to get more rest. You don’t need to be available at a specific time. But I do recommend taking at least 20 mins, within the 48 hour appointment window, to stretch, meditate, pray or nap. Any of these practices will help your body to integrate your healing. 

Your Aftercare Appointment 

After 7 days you are welcome to schedule a free aftercare appointment with me. It lasts for 20 mins and we meet via Zoom video call. We will have an emotional de-brief; you can ask questions and gain clarity about the issue addressed by the tonic you selected. We will discuss physical healing symptoms you may have experienced, which we refer to as “healing breakthroughs”. I will recommend any necessary adjustments or suggestions for body care. I will give you a verbal report on anything that may need further attention or energy medicine support. I will take confidential notes during our appointment to progress my research and practice as I continue to cultivate new reiki tonics. 

NOTE:

  • The physical tonics are not posted to you. They are crafted and charged on my altar and utilised during your healing.

  • The appointment you select is to set the 48 hour time period for me to send you the reiki healing. You do not need to be available to meet with me at a particular time.

  • You can book multiple reiki tonics. But I recommend only doing tonics with the same botanical base if you want to receive them all at once.
     If you would like to do a mix healings with different botanical bases book them at least 1 week apart.  This is so that your body isn’t overloaded by the power of multiple types of healing.

Relationship Weeds & Hauntings 

(For energy healing beginners this tonic is recommended before doing Basil & Orange based reiki tonics; because weeds and hauntings can be the root cause for your other problems and may remedy them. Lemon and Rose reiki tonics are safe for beginners to engage). This is a more gentle process than the reiki cord cutting tonic. But it will go deeper into the roots of your body. (This is “womb work”; or your root system can be held in the under belly and buttocks instead, depending on your body type).

Unresolved thoughts, memories and emotions from relationships that have ended may crystallise into weeds in your body. Just like in a garden in nature, weeds need energy and they will take water and nutrients from the soil, thwarting the growth of other plants. Emotional hauntings (from family members, old bosses, ex friends or romantic partners etc) block your progress in life by siphoning the energy you need to fuel your desires.

This tonic can also provide clean up of connections that are not ready to be completely cut; but need corrective maintenance so they stop being disruptive to your day to day emotional stability, peace or mental clarity.

This reiki tonic will uproot the knots holding relationship weeds in place. Strengthening your emotional immune system.

 

Root & Reconcile

This reiki tonic is for people who commonly feel like “I don’t want to be here”; who struggle with life as a human and feel like you belong elsewhere. It is a healing to help you root safely into your human experience. Bringing reconciliation and relationship building with people and places that make life feel worth living. It gives recognition of what you uniquely bring that makes life beautiful (worthiness). Plus one week of protection from energies that cause stagnation (an accelerator to get you going). With local plant and land allies to help you along your path (for five days). Closing with Intuitive realisations about why you chose a human life.

 

Routes of Blood & Water 

A reiki tonic to open the channels of communication with your ancestors. As well as your non-blood related spirit teachers, guardians and supporters. Helping you to realise the gifts and talents of your lineage. Ancestry and lineage confirmations. Signs, synchronicities and messages from spirit guides, and from spirits allies assigned to your path for a set period of time.

BASIL & ORANGE BASED TONICS 🌿🍊

Unfinished Business & Cord Cutting

This reiki tonic is stronger than “Hauntings & Relationship Weeds”. You should choose this healing experience when you are ready to remove something from your life completely. Select the hauntings tonic instead if you are still in the process of releasing, and are questioning your feelings of attachment.  

This reiki tonic will break negative patterns. Releasing old/stagnant relationships. Cord cutting with people, places and objects. Freeing you to move forward. It will also place protections to deny access and prevent this person or situation from re-entering your life. 

Stress Buster

This reiki tonic is a nervous system attunement and helps to soothe high stress states. Resolving sources of anxiety. It will flush your system of “high strung” energies. You can expect to sleep for longer or more deeply. It enhances the dream space to help your mind process the emotions and situations causing you stress. This tonic harnesses a flushing or emptying practice. So you can expect your body to use its available means to release. This could be sweat, crying or more frequent urination for example. It could even be laughter. Trust your body to work with the energy as needed.

Solar Plexus I:
Immune System of Will, Esteem & Desire

This reiki tonic will cleanse, clear and refresh the energy circulating your Solar Plexus. Symptoms of an unbalanced Solar Plexus can be: lowered self-esteem, lack of confidence and self belief, no hope, weak will, feelings of powerlessness and the belief that things will never change. 

This reiki tonic will open (restore flow), or seal (leakages, misdirected energy) channels in your body, as needed. Improving the circulation of your Solar Plexus. Returning your spark for life and increasing your confidence and inner strength 🌞🌻🔥.
