This coaching session opens a sacred healing space for the emotions that haunt you, and the rumbling tsunami of grief that can derail or set you back. I invite you gently into this root work with me where the root is the body.

In our 30min 1:1 session I will teach you about the dynamics of your personal emotional ecosystem. Inclusive of a custom emotional graph that you can keep. I’ll also give you a 10min Reiki Healing shot (adapted from my Reiki Tonic range), to begin the exorcism of your most troublesome emotional issue, and boost your emotional immune system. You’ll have a choice between two shots:

Custom Emotional Graph
So you have the information and tools to independently tend your inner emotional landscape following our session. 

 

What type of emotional ecosystem has evolved in your body throughout your life? E.g. Wet, aquatic – fresh or salt waters. Or dry – Forests or Desserts; with the subsequent emotions native to of each of those habitats. 

What is the food source for your grief? I.e. What thoughts and emotions is your grief rooted in, what keeps it alive in your body?

What emotion/action/practice – specific to you – is a natural predator and consumer of grief? I.e. What stops grief taking over your whole body?

What actions can decompose the feelings you need to release keeping your emotional ecosystem healthy and moving through its cycles? 

What choice stabilises your emotional ecosystem, bringing order and balance? 

What are your emotions of emergence that invite new life and experiences into your world? 

Depending on the severity of grief and emotional ghosts this 30minutes together may just be a beginning. But you will experience catharsis (emotional release) through this session.

Root & Reconcile

This reiki tonic is for people who commonly feel like “I don’t want to be here”; who struggle with life as a human and feel like you belong elsewhere. It is a healing to help you root safely into your human experience. Bringing reconciliation and relationship building with people and places that make life feel worth living. It gives recognition of what you uniquely bring that makes life beautiful (worthiness). 

Relationship Weeds & Hauntings 

Unresolved thoughts, memories and emotions from relationships that have ended may crystallise into weeds in your body. Just like in a garden in nature, weeds need energy and they will take water and nutrients from the soil, thwarting the growth of other plants. Emotional hauntings (from family members, old bosses, ex friends or romantic partners etc) block your progress in life by siphoning the energy you need to fuel your desires.

This tonic also provides clean up of connections that are not ready to be completely cut; but need corrective maintenance so they stop being disruptive to your day to day emotional stability, peace or mental clarity. 

This reiki tonic will uproot the knots holding relationship weeds in place. Strengthening your emotional immune system.
